DESCRIPTION:About The Class \nThis class will be hands-on bread baking class. From one milk bun dough\, you’ll learn to make different fun shape of bread (in total 8 pieces); hot dog bun（コッペパン)\, Totoro（ととろ） shape bun\, dust bunnies（まっくろくろすけ）bun and melon-shaped bun（メロンパン）. \n  \nMenu (Milk Bread Dough) \n– Hot dog bun（コッペパン)\, \n– Totoro（ととろ） shaped bun \n– Dust bunnies（まっくろくろすけ）shaped bun \n– Melon-shaped bun（メロンパン） \n  \nWhat you can learn at the class \n– Milk Bun Dough \n– Use different pastry decoration to shape and bake four funny types of bread \n  \nWhat are included in the ticket fee? \nClass fee\, ingredients\, apron\, bread to bring back (6 pieces)\, light-lunch (Egg mayonnaise sandwich of hotdog bread and chocolate custard & banana used your freshly baked hot dog bun will be served) & recipe. \n  \nRemarks \nPlease bring a box and a bag to bring back the bread. \nPlease wear off the rings and bracelet during the classes.  \n  \nAbout Culinary Instructor Madame Simon \nMadame Simon is Japanese lived in Paris\, France more than 10 years\, where she learnt cooking skills at several culinary schools and Boulangeries (Baker shops in French). She elaborated her French homemade cuisine from recipes learnt from her mother in low. \nSince 2016 she stays in Singapore with her French husband and works as a culinary instructor and an event coordinator of Team Spoonful. \nCooking certification: Ryo-ken (Tokyo 2014) Master Chef Techniques\, La Cuisine des Chefs (Paris 2013-4) French-bread making\, MAISON LANDEMAINE ( Paris 2015 ) Ecole de Boulangerie EBP (Paris 2014) \n  \nTerms & Conditions \n-Copyright of photos and video shooting taken by Spoonful (Alchemist Pte Ltd) and its partners during the event will belong to Spoonful.
