3S <Super Shochu Spirits> is a hand-crafted specialty Shochu and Awaori Liquor (alcohol 30% or higher) made with special comprehensive attention paid to the manufacturing process. From yeast, the aging process, distillation and storage methods, every process is executed delicately. The end result? Premium Shochu that can be enjoyed like a vintage scotch whiskey.
