Enjoy the impressive selection of over 40 artisanal cheeses, including Basilico-exclusive in-house infused specials – Marzolino di Pienza alla Birra e Orzo, Pecorino Romano with Amarone Wine. Take the indulgence up a notch as you enjoy the delicious fromage with an endless flow of premium wines and end your day on a high note.

4:15 pm | Introduction & walk-through of cheese room followed by Cheese samplings of over 40 kinds of Italian cheese, guided by Chef Luca & wine pairing conducted by Sommelier. Wine pairing conducted by Sommelier |
6:00 pm | Session Ends. Guests can stay on to enjoy the cheese buffet in the Cheese Room |

ABOUT SENIOR SOUS CHEF LUCA BECCALLI
In a culinary career that began at the age of 15, Chef Luca honed his skills at various fine dining and casual restaurants across Europe and North America, before making his first foray into Asia as Head Chef of our award-winning flagship Italian restaurant, Basilico. Remaining true to his roots, his stunning creations retain the traditional essence of a dish, home-style cooking delivered with modern flair, and are a vibrant reflection of his personality – young, colourful and Italian!
