Mako worked as a food educator for kids and as a cooking instructor for a major cooking studio in Japan before joining the Spoonful team. Having graduated with a diploma from Food Life Coordinator and gaining experience from Food Advisor for Children and Yakuzen Food design, her culinary experience has taught her to give clear and specific instructions to the students, while keeping them focused on each cooking step. However, it is her heartwarming character that truly makes the class a fun and homely experience for everybody!
