The A5 Wagyu beef offered at EN Sakaba comes from Miyazakigyu in Japan. This is the best Wagyu from the Miyazaki prefecture and is hand-selected in Japan to ensure quality. In order to qualify the “Miyazakigyu,” name, the wagyu must at least meet Grade A4 and 5 requirements in all key grading categories.
