Meet and greet Chiba Prefecture’s very own ambassador CHI-BA+KUN!

Learn how to make dishes known to be good for health and beauty using ingredients from Chiba Prefecture at the cooking demonstration conducted by Chef Michael Lau followed by a food tasting.

Highlighting some of these produce for health and beauty at the showcase is a cooking demonstration as well as an exclusive interactive hands-on cooking workshop by distinguished Chef Michael Lau.

One can expect a menu with Clams, Chiba Sweet Potato, Saba Mackerel and more, bringing out the distinctive taste of Chiba all by the hands of Chef Michael Lau.
