Chef Liza Kassim graduated with an AOS degree from reputable Culinary Institute of America.
She is a Recreational Culinary Instructor at Natural Gourmet Inst NYC & New Jersey during her stay in New York and was featured in various cooking videos for Asian Food Channel.
Her passion for cooking and rich family heritage background inspire her to create original yet with added elements to our local favorites.
On 3 August, join her as she will show you how to hand-make your own RENDANG LASAGNA & WATERMELON SHAKE from scratch!!
