Please read these terms carefully before using this Website. Using this Website indicates your acceptance of these T&C regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us. If you do not accept these T&C you must leave this Website.

  3. If you breach any of the provisions of these T&C, your permission to use this Website and right to attend any Events automatically terminates.

  2. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to this Website including but not limited to any Material which is likely to be:
    * unlawful, offensive language, harmful, pornographic, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, racist, homophobic, hateful or violent;
    * is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or which you do not have a right to submit under law;

4 . Events

  1. Spoonful does not take any responsibility of the cancellations and changes of any of the events that are not organized by Spoonful. Should Spoonful be unable to provide for your class or functions due to circumstances beyond the control of Spoonful or by acts of God, Spoonful will not be responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that you may suffer or incur.
  2. You may attend Events organized by Spoonful provided you have obtained the relevant ticket through the Website as applicable, you are prohibited from soliciting any persons at Events for the purpose of sales from wholesalers, distributors, retail firms or any other companies or individuals. We reserve the right to refuse sale of tickets and entry to Events at our sole discretion.
  3. While Spoonful takes all practical and reasonable attempts to minimise any risk of injury to you or your property, you acknowledge that your attendance or participation to these events is at your own risk. You release and indemnify Spoonful, its employees, servants, agents and service providers from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, compensation, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever in any way arising out of or resulting from your attendance or participation in an event including, without limitation, any and all claims, actions, and liabilities for injury, loss or damage to you, to anyone else or to any property, unless the same was caused by the gross negligence of Spoonful and recoverable on that ground following judgment of a competent court of final judgement.
  4. You shall reimburse Spoonful for any damage to event property caused by yourself/your child/ward (including all equipment and structures within the premises) while your/your child/ward are on the premises.

Spoonful may charge you fees for Events organized through the Website by offering tickets for sale. You agree to pay such fees as applicable through secure Credit card methods. We operate a no-refund policy and on a first come first served basis. Such tickets are transferrable to another person and only applicable to the Event for which the tickets were obtained, and not for any future Events. We reserve the right to change the amount of any fees payable.
