The Association of Niigata for Singapore is proud to announce the Fascination of Niigata, Japan Event & Niigata Food & Drinks – a B to B Networking session for the F&B industry.
You are cordially invited to commemorate this distinct showcase that introduces the best of Niigata’s trade at the B-to B networking session!
The Niigata campaign kicks off with a weekend of consumer activities on 3rd & 4th November at Tomi Sushi Singapore ECHIGOTEI, where “The Fascinations of Niigata, Japan” event is held and features the charms of metal crafts from Tsubame & Sanjo regions in Niigata. These areas are known for their manufacturing of metal works & seasoned artisan Mr. Nobuo Oiwa will be making an appearance introducing some of his award-winning crafts. Consumers can experience a free metal handicraft workshop conducted by Mr. Oiwa, making their very own Leaf-shaped Chopstick Rest and also find out more about the unique flavours of Niigata as some 15 products will be on showcase as well.
Members of the trade and media can expect a more intimate & detailed showcase of the 15 unique food products at the Niigata Food & Drinks B to B Networking session on 5th Nov. Held at the Ewins Home at Midview City, the showcase aims to meet the ever-growing demands of Japanese Food here in Singapore and raise the profile of Japanese cuisine and culture at the same time by introducing alluring flavours such as the Hanabi Sparkling Sake (attached), Okome Horo Horo Rice Cookie which won the Niigata City Mayor’s highest prize for a Competition of Best Niigata Souvenirs; Himuro Wagyu and more.
