This is not your regular cooking class, but a share & cook session held by owner-chef Ishida of Torikin restaurant!
Come and enjoy this informal culinary sharing session led by Ishida san of Torikin!
[About the programme]
Explanation of menu from President Ishida.
For those who are not good at cooking, fret not as only simple assistance assignments would be applied. For example if your knief skills are not that good, you might be assigned to boiling eggs.
Since this is not a regular cooking class, proper recipes will not be provided. The taste is also determined by the participating members at that event! (Everyone can take notes of the recipe if needed.)
It is a cooking club that focuses on cooking and eating deliciously, getting used to learning rather than learning the technicalities of cooking.
Beginners, people who are not good at cooking, or people who are, we welcome you!

Mr. Kyota Ishida
After training as a chef, into the restaurant business world. Currently operates 8 stores in Singapore and Japan. He is also a culinary researcher and specializes in Japanese cuisine (especially local Hakata food!) French, Spanish, Italian and Korean. Celebrity and love to cook, eat and entertain people, and have many fans!
